Testimonials

  • I’m happy I found Vital Massage & Bodywork. I was unable to drive after surgery and Brianna came to my house and setup in my living room. I received 7 manual lymphatic drainage massages which were very relaxing and painless. Brianna has great customer service and addressed my questions and concerns. I recommend Vital Massage & Bodywork to everyone.

  • 1. Your mobile massage therapist will arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time of your session to set up.

    2. Choose a comfortable room for your massage. Remember to leave ample room for the massage table as well as enough space for your therapist to work around it.

    3. Your massage therapist will go over your intake form, areas of focus, and answer any questions you may have.

    4. The massage therapist will show you how to get onto the table then leave the room to wash their hands and give you privacy to prepare for the session.

    5. Undress to your level of comfort if necessary (for most people that means underwear on, bra off) and get under the sheets. The therapist will knock on the door to make sure you are prepared before entering the room.

    6. Enjoy your massage! Don't be shy about asking questions and giving your therapist feedback about how you're feeling.

    7. Once the session is complete, the massage therapist will exit the room to wash their hands and allow you to dress.

    8. The massage therapist will return to the room to discuss your treatment plan, pack up their belongings, and leave.

    9. Don’t forget to leave a review of your session on Google and Facebook!

    10. Book your follow-up visits and reach out via phone or email with questions regarding your treatment.

  • Vital Massage & Bodywork is happy to issue receipts and SOAP notes for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Ask your insurance provider if they cover "manual therapy" or "lymphatic drainage". Our office will provide insurance billing forms so that you may be reimbursed by your insurance provider for MLD services.

  • We understand. Life happens. You will receive several appointment reminders via text and email prior to your appointment. If you still need to cancel or reschedule, you may do so online through your initial appointment confirmation email. Canceling or rescheduling an appointment less than 24 hours in advance will result in a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the service, no exceptions. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost. Please see our policies page for more details.

  • Providing payment before your service allows you to get off the table and go on about your day without having to worry about compensating your therapist. No calculating tips. No searching for your card. Just enjoying that sweet post-massage high! This method also ensures that your therapist's time is respected by discouraging no-shows and last-minute cancellations. Payments can be made in the form of all valid cards.

  • Tipping your service provider is not required or expected as our prices are intended to reflect the full value of our services. Many of our clients are incredibly generous and find it in their hearts to provide an additional tip. This can be done during the appointment booking process or at the end of the appointment.
